Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY: A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event or party. A deposit payment of £100 is required to be paid at point of booking to secure estimated places. Remaining balance and final numbers will be due no later than 7 days before the laser tag session begins.

 

Refunds will only be provided within 14 days of booking.  By paying the booking fee you agree to the following terms and conditions:

CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY: If a conflict should arise and a change of date and/or time needs to be made accommodations will be considered based on availability at no charge, within three (3) months of the original event date and only once, and not with less than 48 hour remaining before the scheduled start time. If cancellation is the only option ~ this will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the event.

BAD WEATHER: There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated major storm or other strong weather events) please contact us to begin the rescheduling. In the event of light rains or sprinkles during the event, we reserve the right to halt the event until such time as the weather clears enough to continue playing.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Use of the laser tag is limited to guests over the age of 8, or at the sole discretion of the game coach for those under the age of 8.  Any medical equipment must be provided by the parent and labelled (e.g. epi-pen, asthma pump etc). It is the parent’s responsibility to let the Laser Assault Somerset member of staff at registration know how to use the equipment only in event of an emergency. Wherever practical, children are expected to use their own medical equipment, with supervision from a their parent. Staff are not permitted to administer any type of prescribed medication under any circumstances to any child. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, Laser Assault Somerset coaches are given permission to administer first aid to any child should injury/illness occur, within their capabilities and qualification.

DAMAGE/INJURY: Neither Laser Assault Somerset nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property or person as a result of trips, falls, scratches or collisions whilst on the Laser Assault Somerset site. Utilisation of Laser Assault Somerset equipment is not a high-risk activity, so an implied waiver is assumed and agreed to with the liability for damages or injuries being the sole responsibility of the client. This includes damage caused by property/equipment.

Additionally, Laser Assault Somerset reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests.

EVENT LOCATION/VENUE: Laser Assault Somerset is responsible for providing the event location as is responsible for all location fees and permits or fines.

LIABILITY WAIVERS: Each Individual participant (or authorised guardian, if minor) must read and agree to these terms prior to participating in any laser tag event. The release of liability will also be provided at the event on request by a game couch.

NUMBER OF PLAYERS:
For every additional player over the original package amount, an additional per person fee will be added to your package at a rate of £25 per 2 hours for adults and £20 per 90 minutes for children under 18. For every additional player past the 20th player, the opportunity to take part will be void.

HARD AND ROUGH TERRAIN:
We reserve the right to alter the package upon arrival based on our ability to setup, or stake obstacles into the ground, or our need to protect them from damage.

 

Laser Assault Somerset is held on rugged terrain with bushes including, but not limited to, brambles and thorn species. Reasonable care and risk assessments have been taken to reduce the risks associated with this terrain. Neither Laser Assault Somerset nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the Laser Assault Somerset's property at any time. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client or their legal guardian and/or host.

We recommend long trousers, long sleeve tops and sturdy footwear such as wellies or boots in the first instance. Trainers may also be suitable but please be aware that the ground is uneven and may be slippy during wet weather.

1 x free unisex t-shirt will be provided per booking to the lead organiser/payee in the event of an adult booking or the birthday person in the event of a kids booking.
